空压机系统中，储气罐主要起到缓冲作用，另外还能起到对压缩空气的初过滤，正常情况下储气罐的排污阀排掉的主要是水及微量的油份，如果发现排出的油比水多，就应该引起注意，判断是否空压机出现了问题。

In the air compressor system,the effect of the air tank (air receiver) is buffer.and also can Primary Filter the compressored air.Under the normal condition,the drain valve of the air tank mainly discharge the water and traces of oil.if the discharged oil more than the water,it should be noticed,determine whether there was a problem with the air compressor.

1.首先，检查油气桶内的油位，油位是否高于上红线，过量添加空压机油，多出的空压机油就会随压缩空气进入到储气罐。

1.Firstly,check the oil level in the oil barrel,check the oil level above the red line or not.excessive add the compressor oil,the extra oil can be follow into the air tank with the compressored air.

解决方法：将空压机停机，排出多余压缩机油，正常的油位应在空压机运行时，在视油镜油标尺上下线之间为合适油位。

Solution:Stop the air compressor,discharge the extra oil,the oil level should be in proper level between the oil mirror up and down line when the air compressor was working well.

2.油位正常的情况下，检查是否使用了不合格的空压机油，不合格的空压机油在温度升高后同样会随压缩空气进入到储气罐。

If the oil level is normal,check the air compressor oil is unqualified or not.the unqualified oil can follow into the air tank after the temperature rise.

解决方法：确定使用的是合格的空压机油，反之则更换油品，不合格的空压机油不光会增加油耗，还会增加内部积碳等其他不良反应，不能因小失大。

Resolution：make sure the oil is qualified,if unqualified,change the oil,the unqualified oil not only increase the fuel consumption ,but also increase the  internal carbon deposition ,and other adverse reactions .do not set fire to your house to keep yourself warm.

3.检查回油管是否堵塞， 当回油管路有异物堵塞时，分离后凝聚在油分底部的机油就无法回到机头，已经凝聚的油滴又被气流吹起，随着分离后的空气一起被带入储气罐。

Check where the oil returned pipe is blocked,when the oil returned pipes are jammed,the oil condensed in the bottom of the oil separator which after separation  will unable to return to the air end.the condensed oil droplets was blown by the air,enter into the air tank together with the separated air.

解决方法：将空压机停机，待油气桶内无压力时拆下回油管，将异物吹出，使之通畅。

Resolution:Stop the air compressor,removal the oil returned pipe when the oil barrel under no pressure condition.blow out the foreign bodies to make it smooth.

4.检查油分芯是否破损，如果是内置油分，须拆下油气桶盖，取出油分，检查完好程度。

Check whether the oil core is damaged,if it is the built-in type,you must discharge the cover of oil barrel and remove oil separator and check it in good condition or not.

解决方法：更换油分，更换时注意不要有杂质掉入油气桶内

Resolution:When you replace the oil separator,make sure do not have impurities fall into the oil barrel.
